DA will be increased upto 8 percent from January 2013 to July 2013 according to calculation based on AICPI. From January 2013 central govt. employee will be availed 80 percent DA on their salary.

Circular related to SAAS/2013 EXAM
In continuation to Staff Appointment Wing's Circular No. 17NGE/2010 issued vide letter
No. 632‐NGE(App)/24‐2010 Dated 07‐06‐2010 regarding revamping of Section Officers Grade/
Revenue Audit/Incentive Examinations, the Competent Authority, in order to check the scope
of guess work in SAS/RAE/IE, has decided to introduce negative marking in the aforesaid
examinations. The extent of negative marking will be 0.25 marks (25%) for each wrong answer
where the candidates are tested on the basis of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The system
of negative marking shall take effect from the annual SAS/RAE/IE, 2013 (main) likely to be held
in August/September 2013.
So, I think it is a little sad news to SAAS aspirant but don't loose heart, according to my expectation & hope question will be low standard than previous year but i want to say that only believe in ur hard work and keep preparation without consider elsewhere.

Now SAAS 2012 exam finished on 17-09-2012. This time question paper was a little tough compare to previous year exam & supplementary exam 2012 paper. So, candidate face some difficulties to solve question. Result will be come within 2 weeks before 30 Sept. So, every aspirant candidate Keep ur finger crossed.

On‐line registration of candidates for annual SAS/RA & Incentive examination-2012
In continuation of Examination Section Circular No. 26 of 2011 issued vide
No.1052/Exam/Circulars/2011 dated 17‐11‐2011,it is informed that the next Annual
Subordinate Audit and Accounts Service(SAS)/Revenue Audit & Incentive Examination
will be held in the month of September 2012.
Exact dates for conducting the
examination will be notified in due course.
2.The prospective candidates for the aforesaid examinations will be registered
online. Registration of candidates will be open from 16.04.2012 to 27.04.2012. Since the
registration is online, there is no scope for re‐opening of the registration as well as that
of entries made therein. It is therefore emphasized that the correctness of the
particulars of the candidates should be verified and ensured from the Service Book and
other related record in this regard. Further, once a candidate is registered the chance
will be treated as having been availed of.

D.A is increased by 7% for the month of July to December 2011. So, government employee now avail D.A upto 58%. it is not final decision taken by government, just a calculation a/c to AIICPI(All India Industrial consumer price Index).
